Braemar Suede Ankle Boot

Laces do one useful thing: they let a boot adjust. The Braemar solves that differently — elastic gussets set into both sides give as you push your foot in, then close back around the ankle and stay there. No pulling, no tying, no loose ends.

The upper is a single piece of soft suede running from heel to toe, broken only by a hand-stitched apron seam across the front. Nothing on the surface but the stitch itself.

The sole is a light moulded rubber unit in a pale finish, thin enough to keep the silhouette low and soft enough that walking in it takes no adjustment. A smooth lining and cushioned bed sit inside for full days on the feet.

It's the boot for weather that can't decide. Sharp enough beside tailoring, relaxed enough beside denim, and quick enough that you'll reach for it before anything else at the door.
