SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and the wider EU, Canada, and other selected regions. The estimates below are the time after your order has been processed.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

United States: 10–20 business days

United Kingdom: 10–18 business days

Germany & EU: 10–20 business days

Canada: 12–22 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer applies only to the items and conditions stated in the offer.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For international deliveries, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, VAT or other taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by the local authorities and are outside our control. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
