REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your statutory rights and our own return conditions. Your mandatory legal rights are not affected by this policy.

EU & UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, tell us of your decision by email at contact@valaziio.com before the 14-day period ends. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (for example personalised or made-to-order goods, and sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons).

OUR EXTENDED RETURNS (30 DAYS)

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email contact@milonzi.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, in line with your statutory consumer rights. We cover return shipping in these cases.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned for change of mind, including personalised goods, perishable goods, and sealed items that have been unsealed for hygiene or health reasons. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received an approved refund after the period above, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we will follow up.
