TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase you make from the Valaziio store and complement the Terms of Service and the Refund and Return Policy.

HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order – for example in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock – in which case we refund any amount already paid.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency displayed at checkout. Where applicable, taxes are indicated before you pay. We correct obvious pricing errors and reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through a secure payment provider.

TAXES, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT or other charges collected by the carrier or customs authority. Please see the Shipping Policy for details.

CONSUMER GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their purpose. EU customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771); UK customers benefit from the Consumer Rights Act 2015; and equivalent statutory protections apply in the US and Canada. If goods are faulty, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you.
